Enrolling in Client Access
- Save $25/year by choosing e-delivery instead of paper
- You will need your RJ account number to enroll
- Switch to paperless delivery on any or all RJ documents
- View documents, tax reports, accounts, and more
- Avoid overstuffed mailbox since some docs are over 100 pages
- Receive tax reports electronically as soon as available instead of waiting on mail to be delivered
- Have ability to quickly send electronic copy of tax reports to your accountant
Have You Logged into Client Access in the Last Six Months?
If you have enrolled in Client Access and elected paper delivery for RJ documents, but haven’t logged in in the past 6 months, document delivery will automatically revert back to paper delivery. This is because it appears you are not receiving documents since you haven’t logged in in over 6 months. To avoid this, you simply need to log in to Client Access at least every 6 months!
Log in here:
Select ACCOUNT SERVICES > CLIENT TOOLS
Then choose e-delivery for the documents of your choosing.

I’d like to authorize another member of my mail packet to manage document delivery options on my accounts
Form 1128 offers a simple way to authorize another member of your mail packet, such as a spouse, to manage document delivery options on your accounts.
Benefits
Having a signed Form 1128 on file enables you to delegate document delivery preferences across accounts in a linked relationship to another member of your mail packet. Clients can view all accounts in any mail packet where they are listed as the primary tax-reporting holder on at least one account. This can help reduce the number of mixed elections due to ownership constraints such as spouse-owned IRAs.
While the eSignature-enabled Form 1128 permits you to authorize another person to manage your document delivery options, it does not grant any of the additional powers conferred by a limited power of attorney. Clients who would like to have a spouse or other person manage their document delivery elections, but are not comfortable granting a power of attorney, may prefer the more limited option offered by this form.
Clients with a Form 1128 on file who receive their documents electronically need not worry that they will be reverted to paper documents as required by the Online Document Review Policy if they do not sign in to Client Access for more than six months. Their paperless elections will remain in place as long as the person granted authority to manage their document delivery elections meets the login frequency requirement.
