Orphan Grain Train was selected as one of the finalists for a grant of $20,000 from Raymond James Charitable.
After they received the news that they were awarded the grant, the organization was able to purchase a new 2025 Ford F250. The truck will be utilized to deliver supplies to places as far as southeastern Kentucky, and for local pickups of donations. The truck will also be used to deliver relief supplies when nearby disasters occur.
