How to View and Download Your RJ Tax Documents in Client Access
Log into Client Access here and follow the steps below:
- From your My Accounts screen, select Documents in the main navigation.
- Select Tax Reporting.
- All accounts will be selected by default. If you wish to view a specific account, use the dropdown menu to select.
- Most recent documents will be displayed by default. If you wish to select a specific year, select the Year in the drop-down menu. Select Expand All to view all documents.
- Select the document you wish to view. To download, use the download button in your browser.
- You can then save/send to your accountant.

How to View and Download Your RJ Tax Documents in Client Access Mobile (for mobile phones)
Once logged into Client Access Mobile from your mobile phone, follow the steps below:
- Choose the More menu on the bottom navigation bar.
- Select Documents.
- The top of the screen shows active document filters. To change which documents to display, select the Filter icon.
- Select Tax Reporting and select Done.
- Most recent documents will be displayed by default. If you wish to select a specific year, select the Year.
- Select the document you wish to view or download.
- You can then save/send to your accountant.
