Relationship Manager (Part-Time, in-office) – 2 Positions Available

We’re hiring a part-time Relationship Manager to support a growing, relationship-focused financial advisory practice.

This is not a typical admin role.

The advisor works with a dedicated Relationship Manager who fully owns the client workflow—from scheduling and meeting prep to follow-up and CRM documentation. When this role runs well, the entire practice runs well.

What You’ll Do
• Manage all client scheduling and annual review cadence
• Coordinate and track document collection ahead of meetings
• Prepare meeting materials (cash flow summaries, tax inputs, etc.)
• Deliver complete prep packages ahead of every meeting
• Draft and send personalized client summaries within 48 hours
• Keep CRM fully up to date with all client interactions
• Support ongoing client communication and outreach

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma (Associate or Bachelor degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent organizational ability
• Professionalism and discretion
• 20 hours/week, with flexibility during busy periods

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience in financial services or a professional office
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Exposure to Raymond James or Financial Services software
• Experience supporting a calendar-intensive role

Role Details
• 20 hours per week
• Two positions available (Set hours could possibly be adapted slightly for perfect candidate.)

  • Position 1: M-F 9:15am-1:15pm
  • Position 2: M-F 1-5pm (every other Thursday 9:30-1:30pm instead of 1-5pm)

• In-office in Columbus, Indiana, never remote
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
• Financial services experience is helpful, not required

After every client meeting:
✔ Follow-up is handled
✔ The client receives a clear summary within 48 hours
✔ CRM is updated
✔ Next steps are scheduled
